I’ve been using the Silver peak capsules for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed a slight improvement in my bone strength. Even when I’m working out; doing squats I feel like I have a good form compared to when I wasn’t using the supplements. I’m amazed because I haven’t gotten any side effects too.

I love this product because when I take them the next I feel strong and there are no side effects which is good too the value or how much the cost is good, the quality is great too and it is very easy to swallow, I recommend them they help alot.

Took it for months with no results and missing a few pills in some bottles. Don't waste your money

My first purchase of this product was the upgraded version in the black bottle. I bought it along with a multivitamin that I took for 30 days before starting the treatment. I believed that covering any vitamin deficiencies before taking these pills would make them more effective. Then I started taking the pills and did some exercises like jump rope, stretching, and yoga. By the end of the bottle, I was one inch taller. I don't think it was just because of the stretching because despite my poor posture, it didn't improve much. Then my second bottle arrived, this time the original version in the white bottle because the upgraded version wasn't available. Throughout this period, I didn't grow even 1 cm, not even during the following 3 months when I took it (even taking an extra pill per day). What's curious or strange to me is that the upgraded version hasn't been available since then, despite it being more effective. It's as if they removed it from the market so that people have to consume the original version, which, although not bad, seems to take longer to show results, leading customers to buy more and more bottles. For those interested, when I started my first bottle, I was 19 years old and 175 cm tall. At the end, I measured 178 cm.

I bought this item for my children to have extra vitamins. I started giving it to them and it seemed like they went through an instant growth spurt. 😃 The only thing I would recommend parents to keep an eye out for is the dosage size. I had to lower it to one pill to make sure it wasn't causing my children a headache. I gave two pills to my oldest and one to my youngest, but my oldest was complaining about a headache so I went down to one pill. And now I no longer get complaints about headaches. 😃

I purchased these for my 12 year old autistic son since his diet is iffy, and I'm concerned about his growth. Normally I purchase another brand, but it was out of stock, and these ingredients are the same. I can honestly say that he's grown! It's not outrageous, but he's almost eye to eye with me, and I'm five foot six. I can put my arm around his shoulders and not have to look down at him anymore. They've cause no side effects, and I think they're a good buy.

I always take 2 capsules a day. I started taking on October 02 and then, I noticed I already emptied the first bottle on October 26. It seems the first bottle I consumed does not contain 60 capsules but lesser than that. I find the product good, though. It makes my sleep quality better so far. But yeah, just surprised about emptying the bottle earlier than I anticipated. I'm still gonna buy though but I hope it won't happen again. But I don't even know where to report cases like that.

This bottle has been opened. Now I have to go through the process of returning this item. I won’t be buying from this seller again. I have purchase this product from other sellers many times with no problems in the past. This item has worked for me growing about 2” but you need to give it time to work. I’m 60 years old. It happened for me in spurts. No increase for a couple of months then I would gain a little height and then a few months again of no height increase then another growth spurt and so on…... I take this with another growth supplement called” more power”. I get it on eBay. Like I said it has worked for me. Just don’t take if the bottle has been opened.

I have been taking around 3 bottle of medicine in about three months but there is nothing changes seen. I don’t think it really working for me.
