I wanted to love this so much. It could’ve been so beautiful but there are huge gaps where there should be Himalayan salt. We have tried shaking it around hoping it would fill in and settle but it just leaves big gaps elsewhere on the diffuser.Update: I was hopeful when seller reached out. They asked “if it was ok” for my diffuser to look like this since they are hand-filled so mistakes happen even though they have “checked it repeatedly”. They said that customer satisfaction was very important to them. I responded that it was not ok and suggested that their lack of quality control should not be the problem of amazon customers. Seller response: “we will pay more attention to quality control. Have a nice day”No offer to replace or make right. I will be returning this to Amazon and will purchase from another seller.Updated: Seller reached out again and cited miscommunication and a language barrier. They DID send out a new diffuser that was properly filled with Himalayan Salt. I really appreciated that and was happy to know that they cared about quality control and customer service :) I took away one star because in a quiet room, the diffuser is rather loud.

So the diffuser as far as I can tell is very nice. The plug that goes into the diffuser itself is a bit of a hinderence. You can only plug it in one way and because of that it makes it impossible to put the difference in the middle of a table or counter. It has to sit on the edge unless you're okay with bending the cord.

I bought this Himalayan diffuser to use to moisturize the room. It is so pretty and if you use Lavendar oil in it, you can just relax and enjoy it. I did learn that some oils used in diffusers are toxic to dogs and cats. Please be aware of this. I will probably buy at least one more when I can.

Great price for what you get, has two modes. Constant & goes on for 5 seconds and off for 5 seconds. Which I love, makes the water/oil last all afternoon into the night. Love the lights, you can switch between all the colors with the button, or just have it cycle through them all which is what mine is always on. Must have!!!
