Each packet has a tablespoon. Perfect size. It is solid at room temperature, and has a slight Coconut flavor- but if you are looking for a form factor that supports the "Shangrila Diet" (suppressing your appetite), this is way better than slugging extra virgin OO, or Fructose Solution.

We take coconut oil everyday for health reasons. I used to struggle trying to scoop out from a jar as you keep it hardened in the fridge. I keep these packs cold so you just break off what you want. They are great for travel also. The only reason not 5 stars is the packaging. The clear bags have no logo so it makes me worried when I have to pass through TSA. I pack the whole box so they know what it is! Also you need to cut it open. They should have a tear open design.

I love taking these packs whenever traveling away from home. They’re so much more convenient than taking a large tub of coconut oil, and can be packed in my carry-on bag since they’re so small. I use them for everything skin, hair and scalp related. Especially for tanning on the beach after applying sunblock of course!

Be advised - this is coconut oil. It’s NOT MCT oil. Coconut oil is a solid at room temperature. It’ll melt in coffee, but you gotta work a bit harder to get it in the coffee.

I use coconut oil for my moisturizer, lotion, hair treatment.... I have a hard time traveling with it though, as most containers leak, unless you bring a big jar with you. These packets are a great mess free way to travel with it!
