This brand has an excellent reputation for containing no added junk. No side effects or stomach issues. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. It’s rarely easy to definitively determine whether a vitamin supplement actually works but I’ve not felt this healthy in many years. I attribute that to improved nutrition and good quality supplements like these. In my opinion this B complex is worth the price.

What I love about these are the fact that the serving is 1 tablet. They are thin in size and easy to swallow with no odor. I had low energy and after taking the supplements, I have felt a burst of energy and reduced brain fog. I would recommend this brand to every woman especially those who are menopausal.

Best B-vitamin on the market. If you do your research on different forms of B vitamins you'll easily find there's A LOT of crap on the market, but this one was actually the ONLY ONE that I liked after going through the 30 or so B complexes on Amazon.
