The phone works well. Had to buy a 2nd one to send to Africa as gift. Good sound and easy to use.

I bought this as an emergency replacement for my Samsung Flip, which had gone in for repairs.Incidentally, it was faulty (wouldn't charge or switch on) but Amazon were excellent and did a free return and very speedy refund.I got a new one from Argos (exactly the same but new, rather than refurbished).Charging was slow. It took 2 hours to go from 49% to 100%.The set up was easy and without issues. However, it took 4 hours to load 20 apps from Google.Once loaded, I tried the apps and very few would work. Took forever to load and wouldn't operate. So, I deleted off pretty much all of them to free up memory.Once I'd done that, the following worked fine - phone, text, Whatsapp, and Facebook lite.Nothing else would work. Google Chrome took ages to load and struggled with the scroll down, just freezing. Candy crush kept crashing - just a black screen.Google sheets was impossible. Tried to load but kept freezing and typing in words was 1 letter every 5-6 seconds.Needless to say, I have returned it to Argos.I realise that you get what you pay for but in this case, I really don't think it's worth getting as the smartphone aspect of it is useless.

Good phone easy to set up but I was given another and did not needed it returned the phone by royal mail tracking , just waiting refund, sorry could not print of label printer not working. paid postage my self. Thank you. Would buy again if needed.

Got this for my son and he likes it. No instructions but he said it was really easy to set up. he's happy with it so so am I

This has to be the worst phone I’ve ever bought and it was a present for a friend . The battery last about 15 minutes after fully charged it’s ridiculous

I bought this phone so that I could have a separate number for one of my small businesses. It's not used a lot and so I can live with it as it is. However, if you need a smartphone for everyday use I would be careful about these. I wasn't expecting spectacular battery life, but even just on standby using Whatsapp and texts it lasts half a day at best.The actual phone is fine, if a little slow but given the power and memory this is to be expected.I would not recommend this phone because of the battery.

I quote "This refurbished product is inspected tested and cleaned in accordance with Amazon renewed requirements to be fully functional"Not sure how it was tested because it arrived with no battery pack. There was a charger which is great, but nothing to charge due to the missing parts. Only way to return this is to wait for royal ,ail to collect it, rather than a simple drop off at a post office so been stuck in for 2 days waiting for them to collect (I know royal mail isn't Amazons fault)Things like this show that Amazon marketplace is becoming lawless.
