Very easy to swallow and there is no taste to them or smell. Great value for the money would not be without them because of all the health benefits. Medium size no problems taking them at all.

high end Fish oil that I add to 4 gm / day generic 1000 mg gels for VERY high dose that I think makes me feel better Was great price on Prime day - I wouldn't call it anything near top of line KRILL but those cost 5x No taste or smell.. Lots of pills.. Some Krill .. I'm already taking $1.30 / day pills and $2.50 /d percrition so add 12 cents . is in the noise Coffee costs more FYI. - fancier magnesium really worked compared to Least cost MgO2 - same as sheet rock that goes on your wall .. AND it very low absorbtion

Size is good, quality is good. They do have a little fishy taste. Doesn’t bother my husband, but if you’re sensitive about that, beware.
