How long does it take to work?

Everyone’s body is different, therefore your body might process it slower then it would for sally or Jon. For my toddler personally we give it through out the day for the first few days and I want to say we start to notice the symptoms start to lessen within day 2 1/2 so once the symptoms start to lessen we stop giving it. I have found that we respond well to homeopathies. You just have to try it for yourself and observe and see how you respond to it. We also do other things like saline spray consistently and nose suctioning to help clear up mucous and to moisturize the air passages and prevent infection. It might work like a charm on day one or it maybe take up to 3 days to see a difference but we took our chance with it and now we always have it stocked because it works like a charm.

Is this like Tylenol for teething ?

no, you want Camilla for teething. It really works! Cold Calm works well for colds, start it at the first sniffle. None of the side effects of Tylenol

What is the difference with this one and cold calm kids 6+ months? They both say 6+ months...

Any Child under 6 months of age should ask a doctor before giving them any medication, so I believe all OTC medicines will state 6+months, if under please advise your doctor first. I hope this helps.
