After purchasing the first set one of the wires in the lid to keep the glue flowing was wiggling out. I contacted the company and they sent me a new lid in less than a week. I was very appreciative of the fast response so I didn't hesitate to purchase from them again. The bottles are perfect for intricate gluing. I use them daily in my crafting with a 3-in-1 glue that has been thinned and for a water-based glue.
