The capsules are easy to swallow, and no odor. Each bottle has enough for me to take one per day for two months. I take them as a supplement to meet my needs for energy and supplies me with the b vitamins my body needs.

I take this for mitochondrial dysfunction. It's one of three brands you can find on Amazon that my doctor trusts, and none of his patients have ever had problems with them. It seems to work well for me.

I was taking it regularly For the first 2 weeks made me feel energetic and later whenever i took it didn’t feel the same but im still happy with the brand no side effects alhamdullilah Im giving it 4 star because i don’t know if the period spots which im getting is from the B complex or not. If anyone is experiencing the same please let me know
