I was a.little cautious when ordering as I didn't know what to expect. It arrived a day early in fabulous condition in a samsung box with cable to switch from old phone to new. The phone was like new. A fantastic deal and a great company. I thoughly recommend

I like the phone overall, it did arrive in good condition with only 2 marks that are only visible upon close inspection. I believe after about 4 months the battery started to deteriorate and now at 6 months it loses charge very quickly. I always have my phone on power saving mode and have it set to only charge to 80% to ensure battery health. Since the battery is worse, I checked the phones battery activity in settings and I can see that after charging my phone to 80% and about 20 minutes of screen time the battery rapidly decreased even though the phone wasn't being used and then completely died after 4 hours. Again this was in the standard power saving mode with zero screen time. The background app usage also appears to be relatively low and no different than usual. Previously an 80% charge would last overnight and still have 60-70% charge by the morning.

Phone was in good condition however it was an unlocked US Carrier version rather than the international version we get in the UK so it warned me that the sim card might not work properly, thankfully it is working and the phone can receive updates as well which OTA updates can fail in these scenarios.

Cannot believe this is not a new phone. Excellent condition and arrived complete with extras. Very pleased all round.

There are plenty of reviews online about the handset - excellent choice for a premium small-form phone, but I wanted to comment on the Refurbished element. Absolutely first class service all round. Arrived one day earlier than the expected delivery date. Handset was professionally packed in a fold-out box, and even came with a charger! The charger is one of the slower types, but as most phones (no matter how expensive) don't even come with this included these days, it was most welcome. The only other thing in the package was the small tool for opening the SIM Card drawer. The phone itself is in immaculate condition - you would not know it was refurbished at all. Once charged the installation was straightforward and it works perfectly. I've waited a few days before reviewing to check the battery performance, as that seems to be a concern with refurbished handsets, but I've no complaints. It needs charged at around the same time as my Pixel 8 Pro with similar usage. All in all I'll be planning to upgrade next summer, but to another relatively recent model refurbished handset, rather than spending fortunes on the latest must-have gadget. Just make sure to go for a refurb listed as 'Excellent'.

Delivery was very prompt and kept updated. Packaging was inadequate although recycled (a few strips of newspaper laid in the box, not even screwed up to form a cushion) Quality was in my opinion far from the ‘excellent condition’ as per buying description. Especially considering a Vodafone shop scrutinised my iPhone 12 with an eye loop to find a tiny pin prick mark and declared it scuffed and worth £100 trade in!? Screen also had tiny scratches but unfortunately I didn’t take pictures as we thought it had a screen protector on. Not sure I’ll be buying second hand again.

This is a very bad product; I am not buying it again as it is a complete waste of money.
