How big is the kefir cage?

It is 120 cubic centimeters (cc). Previous model was 60 cc. Size of new model: 2" diameter, 3.25" height.

This grains have been doing wonders in making the kefir, but they do not multiply. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Kefir grains add around 5% to biomass each batch. Also, small pieces of grains can transfer to kefir (it is good to your kefir - make it more healthy). So, multiplication does not well visible.

The title says that it comes with kefir grains. I just wanted to double check and see if it does?

Yes, this product comes with fresh kefir grains. Kefir grains packed in plastic box with ice pack for protection. Both comes in the same box. Also, we offer kefir fermenter without kefir grains (picture is the same). Be attentive!

Do these "infuser" products allow enough air to breathe in order to make a good batch?

Yes! There are tiny pin holes in the lid for air. The best kefir I’ve ever made was using this jar.
