Flavor is twice as strong as Liverwurst in slices or rolls. Would be more palatable if cut with equal amounts of plain yogurt or cream cheese.

I like these in a sandwich with fresh onions.
I like these, on a sandwich with onions. Many people prefer authentic 'real' wurst and may not like them at all, but this may have been childhood comfort food. It helps that I like liver, both beef liver and onions (occasionally, wouldn't eat it all the time) and chopped liver made with chicken livers (would it it a lot but it's hard to get and not easy to line up the ingredients to make it).
