Accurate and easy to put on.
I really like this unit. It is very accurate, as i have check it against a manual cuff. It is also easy to place on your arm without any assistance. The display is bold and easy to read and I appreciate the memory function. Providing two sizes of cuffs is a nice bonus. I'm giving it 5 stars for all these reasons.

Good BP cuff. Bad battery door
The unit works well. I like the way it works and the two cuffs it comes with. Small and large. The unit does have a design flaw. The battery door does not snap tightly in place. I have had it pop off just taking it from the carry case. The batteries fall out and then the unit looses all the information. So you’re back to setting up the unit again. I have resolved the flaw with scotch tape. Hopefully this is a good solution.

Blood pressure check without pressure
Soft pumping , quick pumping, the pressure monitoring is working while the device pumping and once it reaches the measurement , it stops pumping the air to the arm and instantly release the air pressure. Easy to carry for travelling .

Accurate but clunky to use
I've had the opportunity on several occasions to instantly compare the results of the Braun with blood pressure readings taken by an RN, and the readings are all within a few points of each other. So it seems to be pretty accurate. My only gripe is that it's a bit tricky (at first, anyway) to figure out the positioning of the armband on your arm. The graphics showing how to do this, both in the instructions and printed on the armband itself, are essentially indecipherable.
