Bluetooth failed after 4 months. Warranty not honoured.
Would have given zero stars if I could. I purchased these from Amazon in October 2022. The product was SOLD by Happy Plugs Sweden and DISPATCHED by Amazon. The Bluetooth functionality failed after 4 months so I looked through my order details and Amazon clearly stated that Happy Plugs Sweden are the point of contact in the result of failure. Subsequently I got in touch with Happy Plugs only to be told that they will only honour the 1 year warranty if I purchased them from their own website. They state that they "do not have any agreement with Amazon to handle warranty on their behalf". So not only was I let down by the quality of the headphones, I was also let down by Happy Plugs Customer Service. Buy at your own risk. You may be left extremely disappointed and very "unhappy"!

Amazing and better than I expected
These have to be the best headphones I have ever purchased. Amazing beautiful fry quality - so easy to connect and actually do all what they say.Highly recommend. My 8 year old loves them as do I - I want a pair myself

Not loud enough for an aeroplane
Good product, great for day to day or in the car, they don’t go up loud enough when on an aeroplane, or they don’t cancel out the background noise enough to use on an aeroplane.

No longer charging
11 months in and they are no longer charging. Disappointing.
