Cheap and Works excellent...
They are cheap and they WORK. I bought a pack of these to use on a 2 hour round trip flight. They actually worked as expected. I bought another set of a different type as backups but never had to pull them out. My wife and I watched a couple of episodes of Walking Dead and the sound quality was great. If you are worried about them not playing loud, this product is only as good as your earphones. My wife had a pair of $10 ear buds from Walmart Mart and her quality was decent. I was using Bose and the quality was excellent. We got her a pair from the airport on the return flight home and she had no problem with hearing the shows we watched over the airplanes engine and others on the flight. I would recommend and worst case scenario, they break and you're out of a few bucks.

No problem at all. Worth the wait,
Works great and had no problems. Mine shipped from SIngapore but worked great because it came in the normal mail(it looks so cute). I first tried putting in those headphones you find on the planes(with two jacks) as that was the main purpose. The sound was amazing and it split perfectly into both parts of the headphones. Next, I tried putting in two different headphones(normal headphones, of course) and it was fantabulous. I think this is really good for it's price and wait. Hat's off Generic, you did it again. It comes with free shipping and I paid hardly anything(because I used a gift card with only 2 dollars left on it)! Buy now!!!

Inexpensive headphone jack splitter does a great job.
I bought this headphone jack splitter for the sole purpose of feeding the signal from my MP3 player into a set of inexpensive computer speakers (no sub-woofer), plus a separate sub-woofer system. Of course the act of splitting the signal attenuates the signal coming out of the player but this is not an issue because both the computer speakers, and sub-woofer have built in amplifiers. The splitter works great and the music sounds great coming out of the two separate speaker systems. The low price of the splitter makes this a great deal.

Not bad for the price, has some issues though
I have read some reviews of people saying that their splitter did not work on arrival. Mines did. Others have said that their splitter has broken within a few hours of use. Mines has not (I have used about 15 times for about an hour or two). So either I got lucky and got a good model, or some other reviewers are not as careful with their belongings. The product is works fine, but only with some headphones. It appears to work perfectly with basic headphones ( i.e. headphones without mics) but not with others. This is why I gave it only 3 stars. Hope this clears some confusion you may have.

At that point I started to hear the sound come out and everything was fine. so if you come across that problem just ...
At first I thought these jacks were not working properly or were poorly manufactured . When I first put the plug into the jack it would not go in all the way . At that point no sound was coming through the headset and it was not working. but then I realized that the plug was not all the way inserted into the female receptacle. I literally had to press the jack up against the wall in order for it to snap into place. I inserted the plug from the headset into the female receptacle of the jack and then press the jack the other side of the jack up against a wall to snap the male plug into the female slot. At that point I started to hear the sound come out and everything was fine. so if you come across that problem just do what I said and you should be fine. Considering the low cost of these jacks a little bit of wiggle and elbow grease is a small compensation.

*** Seller NEVER responded - PRODUCT DEFECTIVE ***
If I could I would give this a MINUS 3 starts!!! The product I received was WORSE than useless!! One input was so loose that there was NO connection AT ALL and when I TRIED so insert the second 3.5 cable I thought I was going BREAK OFF the tip of the cable, it was TOO, TOO TIGHT! Once I got both lines into the jack >>> the connection was SO TERRIBLE, that I the audio would start and STOP, if I tried to insert the jack into the audio source I could NOT GET A STEADY CONNECTION AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! What is EVEN WORST... I tried to give the seller a chance to replace the splitter BEFORE writing this review and they NEVER EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGE!!!!! In my message I told them I would give them a chance to fix the problem BEFORE writing this review, they chose NOT to respond! Amazon Customer Service was GREAT, they applied a credit to cover the cost of the DEFECTIVE device. THANKS Amazon! **** DON'T BUY THIS OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS SELLER (eformart) ****

Ya can't "not like" these
This is one of those devices that is so simple in design and performance it would be very rare to get a "bad" one. Two stereo connectors sealed in solid (plastic? rubber?) leading to a single connector. Makes an excellent headphone splitter. The main thing I like about this design is that there are no cords to flex and bend and internal wires break. This design is as solid as they come and should outlast several sets of headphones.

good at first, slowly degrade?
The first few times it works perfectly, then you have to twist the earphones in the right way, and after that it rarely works at all. if you only need it for one trip get it, if you want it long term, pat the $2 extra for another brand
