Hmmm.... The packaging of the actual biscuits would be produced by the company that makes them so I would write to them. The packing of the product for shipping is done by Amazon and they pack things really well. I even order things in glass jars so I would 'chat' with them right away as they will likely want to know and make it right. Good Luck! I love my McVities too!

sure, there is. the cookies (original flavor) i got have a validity of 8 months left. enough time for us to finish them (if you like them). the other one, of Ginger Nut flavor, has a valid date till april 18, 2015 (i bought them on Jan 15, 2015. they were on sales).
