These XUELILI Smart light bars were easy to set-up and bring a new dimension to watching TV, especially at night when these really shine.These light bars are setup using the Smart Life or Tuya App which is available on iOS and android. I have been using the Smart Life App for a few years now to control lighting, sockets, and cameras with no problems.Initially setup was fairly quick, as soon as I plugged in the USB plug in a spare USB socket on my TV the light bars started to flash. I opened the Smart Life App and it detected a new device, then I tapped on “go to add” and it then asks for the router password, then it then adds the light bars and they stop flashing. I renamed the light bars to TV lights for my purpose.The TV backlights can be controlled for brightness and colour with the Smart Life App, if you also have the Amazon Alexa App and have enabled the Smart Life skill the light bars will then be added automatically. I have set the Alexa App to turn on the TV lights at a set time with other lighting. Sometimes it’s great to set these to a warm colour when watching a late movie.Overall, these smart light bars look great behind my 55 inch Samsung, and are a great addition to a slightly smarter home. These are a little more expensive compared to strip lighting but these light bars are so easy to place and are really well made.Alan

I got this LED ambiance light bar's through the Amazon vine program for my honest opinion of it.The light comes in a small colourful retail printed box, In the box you get the two 12" LED light bar's, USB lead, control unit, light stand's, sticky tags and the instruction manual (NO PSU).The light's do look good and feel well made, They come with two small round stand's that clip on the bottom or the lights can be mounted to the back of your TV using the sticky tape.There's a sticker on the back off one of the lights scan that to get the smart life app that's quite simple to set up then you get ton's more light options in the app and then can be controlled with Google or Alexa, The lights still can be used without the app but you get far less light options.The buttons on the control unit are a on/off button,CCT ,and model button they control the lights when your not using the app but won't allow you to sync with music unless you use the app.Good value for money I personally don't like them behind the TV too distracting much better on a book shelf. The lights are bright but not hurt your eyes bright

Overall these are really nice and effective light bars. The light bases are strong and sturdy and the lights themselves are versatile and bright.There are plenty of options on the app for colour settings and brightness control and they all work really well and the lights are really responsive. I have tried others that had an app but it was only a Bluetooth , whereas this is via wifi and therefore has Alexa integration! This is exactly what I wanted as it means I can activate them with my voice, add to scenes and turn them on and off from anywhere.They feel relatively well made and come really nicely presented in a branded box, so would make a great present. They are the kind of thing that people wont realise how cool they are until they set them up. There's so many different colours, patterns and modes, which means you will always find something that suits your room, mood or theme.I use these on my PC desk to go with my other RGBs, but you wouldn't be out of place putting these in a living room by the TV, a kitchen worktop or a bedroom.Overall, they are great! The only slight hiccup was getting Alexa to detect them, I had to try a few times but now its done, they are perfect.

I used these behind my pc monitors to replace a led strip.They are well designed, you can mount them on included stands, included sticky strips or what I did was lay them on their back on the 45 degree shape so that they point up 45 degrees behind my monitors.They can be controlled by button or by the app, I’ve been using just the app as it’s much easier and you can access all the colour and brightness settings easily and even turn them on and off.I’ve dropped them several times so I can say they are durable😂Nothing bad to say, I would recommend these.

I was expecting that this light bars to be bigger and also I though that u can connect music to them , well u cant and they are small , they are cute and makes a nice light in the room , stands well and easy to connect them , good cable length, bright colours as u listen music , works well with Alexa and installation was simple and straightforward, we recently had a disco night with my wife and my daughter and my little girl love them , not what i expected at the beginning but I'm sure we will use this sense while in a time for fun times .
