Great replacements
I have been using my HM chair for over 20 years. One of the wheels started to fall apart so I replaced all of the wheels with this product. It was very simple to lay my chair on it's side, pull out each wheel and replace them with these new ones. I am 100% satisfied with these replacement wheels.

poor quality wheel bearings
the bearings in these wheels do not spin well. it takes significant force to spin these wheels. original wheels spun freely with even just a slight push of finger.

Roll great and good price
The wheels fit my 10 year old Herman Miller chair perfectly. The old wheels were breaking up. It was so simple to pull out the old ones and simply push these on. Took me less than 5 minutes to do all 5. They roll reasy and make no noise. Price was good for them.
