Bromelain apparently helps prevent cardiovascular events by helping inhibit the ability of blood platelets to stick together.I love eating fresh pineapple but you could never eat a significant amount to make a worthwhile difference, and therefore this supplement is really useful!

Bromelain is supposed to be good for digestion and I’ve not experienced any ill effects from taking it. Great brand that commits to no nasties in it’s formulas - small yellow tablets that are easy to swallow - good value for money as it’s a quality product from a quality brand

I have tried this for about 3 weeks and do feel that it has made a positive difference to my aches and stiffness at at time that it does usually get worse, getting colder and damper when the weather changes. Easy to take and swallow and completely clean, vegan product from a very well trusted company. Great to know that it also provides some protection against heart disease and cancer.

I have been using the products from this company since September 2021.As “5-a-day” is not part of my diet, I purchased “Greens” from LLS.I use the powder to make drinks out of it; they are good, healthy,tasty and providing what I am missing from my diet.Quercetin with its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties ishelping me to stay mobile while Bromelain is keeping my osteoarthritisat bay and it reduces soreness in my aching muscles.I have just finished LLS Vitamin D3 + K2 and must re-order it soon.Great company and very good service too

I felt no difference on this product, it certainly helped not with sneezing allergy. If I take the full dose of 1000mg I tend get sleep disturbance. I wanted to love this product , but on the fence .

I have been taking Quercetin for some time and my partner purchased these for me as they felt they sounded more beneficial for me. I'm on the go a lot and can get run down quite easily and I am already feeling the difference from taking the combined quercetine and bromelian . I also suffer from hay fever and have noticed a difference in my tolerance since taking it. I like the fact the products are 'clean', there's no bulking agents, something you're not always aware of.
