This stuff works. Mice destroyed my engine harness several years ago. Since I started using it, not a nible.

The item worked very well. The peppermint oil packs have a strong, fresh scent that instantly fills the space, and I noticed a big reduction in rodent activity around the car and garage. I've purchased these repellents 3 times to keep mice out of a car I store in the winter. While it is in a garage the mice have no issue getting in. After seeing signs of mice 4 years ago I started placing these units in the engine bay, trunk and interior. Haven't seen any signs of mice since. Recommend cutting a small, 1/2" hole in the inner cover before use. using these after removing the entire inner cover reduces the length of time it lasts, requiring more frequent replacement. I found that with a 1/2" hole one can will last the season in each location without reducing effectiveness.

Does not work. Put in car engine area. Rats are not deterred with this product. Waste of money.

These really work against all types of rodents and a variety of insects as well. I tried these out it my garage after I found all of the wiring on my motorcycle had been chewed apart. It cost me hundreds of dollars to have it repaired. I placed one canister on each side of the doors inside my garage and others near my bikes. They evaporate and need to be checked periodically each month and replaced as needed (more often during the summer, but don't let them go in the winter).

I was having trouble with mice getting into my car last winter. So gross. I found these and haven’t had any trouble since! Plus, they smell minty fresh.

Use these in the engine compartment of my truck to keep mice out. Adhesive pad on bottom surface makes it easy to stick to top of battery where the mice were nesting in the battery surround wrap. No mice since I started using these the other year.

Not sure if this really works. I have put it out in my horse shed and the mice are there. I have put it in my car and I don't have mice there, but I didn't to begin with. Put on a couple of spots in the house, but we have mice. So I don't think it really works.
