what does it mean? people who use 19 ~21?

I think they are referring to the color numbers they use from another brand - not sure. If it helps, I chose a shade slightly darker than I would normally choose as Korean make up shades tend to be on the lighter side.

韓国のクッションファンデを何個か試したけど、人より黒めなわたしの肌には白すぎて困っていたけど、これは色がピッタリでしたマスクにもつきにくかったつけすぎると厚塗り感がでるので気をつけたい所ですが、シミが多い私は厚塗りになってもシミがかくれるのが嬉しいリピートしたいと思います
