Update 01/19/2023. We successfully fixed the minor problem we had. My husband and I love this shower system.Update 12/19/2023. The customer service from this vendor is exceptional. After posting my problem with pictures, I received an email thru Amazon asking for details from the vendor. Once they understood the issue, the company quickly shipped out a replacement nipple with instructions on how to install it. I should receive the part soon and will post another update after installation. I want to say a big thank you to the vendor standing by their product. I updated the stars from 2 to 5 on this because the product is good and their customer service was so responsive and helpful in solving the problem quickly.We bought this product when we were in the middle of building our house. The rough in was done in March 2023 and we had to have the product by then even though the final install would take place on December 4, 2023. Long story short, we were enjoying the rain shower head and system. It was working beautifully until one of the shower head rubber nipples fell out. Now most of the water rushes from that hole, reducing water from the other holes covered with the rubber nipple. It most likely went down the drain which is right below the shower head. It is past time for being able to call for service, but it would be nice to know, given this isn't something that you can quickly replace, if we can get a replacement rubber nipple or a new shower head. My sister bought this same model and she's had no problems. We are really disappointed and would love to have given this more stars, but right now we are just sad.

Like the way it works had a hard time getting fitting to install

The shower is beautiful but we had a bit of trouble with parts and installation. However, the seller was very helpful at answering our questions and made sure we had every we needed. They definitely know how to services their customers. In the end, we were happy and satisfied. Again, FIVE STARS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Update: After several months of use, what we have discovered is that the master unit seems defective. So the (top) first dial, that operates the rain shower cannot be adjusted enough to cool the water. In fact no matter how much adjustment I make to the temp limiter, the water is too hot and there is no cold water ever! The second dial, that operates the mister cannon be adjusted so it is just cold water all the time! When you route and screw in the supplied hot and cold lines from the master unit to the rain shower / mister head, it seems that the hot water only goes to the rain shower and the cold water only goes to the mister.We finally had a plumber come out and turn down the water temp on our 150 gallon water heater but now the rest of the showers in the house are too cold.Update: Seller immediately messaged after posting review requesting information about missing / damaged parts. Seller quickly sent replacement parts to me. Very satisfied with customer service!Doing major remodel. Now on bathroom number 4 of 5. Opened the box, the master unit has a cover on it that contains all the handles, detents, and Allen bolts. After installing the master unit and plumbing the rain head, jets, and wand, I took the cover off the master unit and one of the black handles is missing and another is missing the black detent! Extremely disappointed and have not been able to locate manufacturer information to contact for the missing parts.

Amazing shower system! Had this installed with a bathroom remodel and it is everything we could have hoped for!

Looks pretty, but the kit is missing quite many parts, the installation manual ignores them as well, but you'll figure them out during installation.

My installer is having an issue with the temp control valve not seating properly resulting in the temp stop to not work. Also the valve will rotate 2 full turn stop point to stop point. Will update to 5 star if I can get this resolved.Edit: Customer service was above and beyond fantastic! They ended up having to send me a new thermostatic valve and it arrived in 2 days. Fast follow up responses and a genuine concern that my issue had been resolved. I would absolutely buy from them again!

I purchased this product almost a year ago. I recently had it installed. We had a lot of problems with the install because of issues with the house. Their customer service went well beyond to ensure that I got the experience that I paid for. Will purchase again!
