The Breakup Handbook: How to feel good about a bad breakup.

Practical and positive
The author brings together experiences and reflections on their own break ups and describes practical and realistic steps you can take at any point in your break up journey. The walk-throughs the author gives to taking positive steps to each new day are framed with experiences and backed up with their learning from more ‘academic’ self help guides. Some of the advice may seem obvious when you are the other side of a break up, but will feel like a life line when you’re in the earlier stages of not knowing what to do next. This is not a guide that will tell you how to change yourself or your ‘tactics’ to have better relationships. This handbook will help you enhance your whole person, recognising that one solution doesn’t work for everyone. Give this a try if you want to feel positive that there are happily ever after opportunities out there for you.

Interesting & Relatable
Useful advice that is not only practical, but also rooted in real experience; I could relate to a lot of the situations and see my own behaviour patterns in the ones explored in the various chapters. I liked that the author spoke about her own personal experiences when it came to relationships, in addition to the more scholastic explanations, as it helped validate what I was feeling during difficult breakups. A great and positive read for those that need to see that there is life beyond the ex!

Great Advice. A must read for everyone!
I highly recommend everyone grab this read for great advice about break ups, relationships and life in general. It is a great reminder that life does not end after a breakup, but that it can be the start of a great life after an ended relationship. It is that needed reminder that we determine the outcome depending on how we perceive it. Again, highly recommended!!
