I have been using this SATA cable for years now and I can confidently say that it is one of the best cables I have ever owned. The speed and performance have been consistently excellent, and I have never experienced any issues or interruptions while using it. These SATA cables helped me out a lot when i was putting together my current build. I put it together about 3 or so months ago and they are still working completely fine. Before i installed them, I didn't need them so i threw them around my room like nothing, but when it came to install them i was hoping that they would work. They worked completely fine as if nothing was wrong with them at all. The original reason for my purchase of this item was to have something that would sit my case perfectly. With the right angle connector for the hard drives, this wire helped me out a lot. Cable management with these were not hard at all because they are short, but thick. So if that is an issue then i would not consider buying this. For me the size of the wire was still not an issue. I also liked the fact that it came in a pack of 5. This helped me have room for adding onto my build without any problems with SATA connectors. This product overall is a wonderful product and helped me a lot throughout the months that i have been adding to my build.

If you need a SATA III cable, this is it! No smoke or mirrors. I don't know if this applies to everyone, but it has become increasingly difficult to find a simple SATA III cable in actual stores (yes, even at Best Buy). I resorted to the reliable Amazon and without much surprise, I found exactly what I needed since my PC case came with only two SATA cables and I installed a SDD, HDD, and disc drive. My ONLY complaint was that Amazon carries it as an "Add-On Item" in which it can only be purchased with orders over $25, but I just purchased it from another vendor on the site that sells it by itself and with free shipping at the great price! Keep in mind that this one has a 90-Degree connector on one end in case if you need straight connectors on both ends. Also the locking latches are very secure and useful. Hope this review helps :)

I've been using this cable for around 15 days. I would give this SATA cable five stars, however I feel that the design is flawed in such a way that I just can't give it a full five stars. First, the price was so cheap that I am impressed that it works so well. I bought this cable for my new SATA III Hard Drive and it seems to work just fine. I have all of my games on this new HD and I don't see any issues with data transfer rates. Now for the design flaw, the end that is in a 90 degree angle is upside down; I had to have the 90 degree end upside down with the wire pointing up so that it would correctly fit into the HD. It was very inconvenient to maneuver it around the other wires in order to have that part fit into my hard drive. The other HD that came with my tower has a SATA cable that is in the correct orientation and does not plug in upside down. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem with this specific Monoprice cable, but mine won't plug in unless it's upside down. The flat end connects just fine. Other than that, it works like a charm.

Best cable I have in my pc even ordered another one. One end though is at a right angle so make sure you can use this cable in your machine the right angle fit perfectly in the following: SABRENT 2.5 to 3.5 Inches Internal Hard Disk Drive Mounting Kit (BK-HDDH) (Personal Computers) - I used this cable with this mounting bracket the right angle fit perfectly on the edge of this bracket with the SSD drive I mounted. Each end of this cable has clips meaning you must push down the clip in order to release it from where you have attached it - to either the mother board or the hard drive. So the cable kind of snaps in. It should be noted that you need enough room wherever you attach this cable especially on your mother board to maybe later on be able to easily press down on the click in order to release the cable if in fact at some later time you need to do this. You might be able to use needle nose pliars in order to do this but I do not like getting anything like that near my mother board. I did have a pc delivered one time that did not have this type of cable it had no clips it just kind of stuck onto the mother board and this cable had come loose it took me and tech support awhile to figure out a cable had come off of the mother board with this type of cable this should never be a problem

You want a sata cable bam here you go. If you want it to sing and dance well you might want to stop doing what ever illegal thing you been smoking. Well you could twirl it around your head and sing a song but to each there own I guess. Yes you could use it for self defense against a very small elf but where you going to come across a ticked off elf 🧝‍♂️. So in short you may not save the world with it but it will do the job it’s made for. It is connected to a HDD and a SDD and I see no problems with connection or speed.

I ordered this cable to add a new hard drive to my recent computer purchase and it worked great, right size and good quality. I would buy it again if I need to install another hard drive, providing it's a Small form Factor like mine and a short one is needed. Happy with it so far so good.

Pretty much a one or five star type of product. Five if it works, One if it doesn't. Obviously, it works as I gave it 5 stars. The item is indeed very good quality. For the price it’s a steal. I would really recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap but good quality SATA cable because this is the one your looking for. I connected to my hard drive and it popped it in the bios without any issues. Perfect, would definitely recommend.

Quality seems very good, I like how its equipped with locking plugs at the price. Best of all the pricing just destroys the SATA cable pricing in store at computer shops. I have paid four times more, easily, for cables of similar quality in various shops. If you have multiple drives (I have four) the price savings allows you to keep you PC budget on parts not cables. Colour also matches up with the other red cables in my tower which is just icing on the cake really. If your building a computer or maybe thinking about an aesthetic change this is worth purchasing. So far I have used a few Monoprice products without fail. For budget cables I wouldn't choose anyone else.

I bought a 512gb ssd and this sata cable and from the cable I only got 673mb so DO NOT BUY IT PLS
