There were no problems in using this product after more than half an year. Quite good with decent quality material used

This is worst product in the world, worst service providing by the Usha team, We bought this product in May 2023, till now the motor got repaired 3 times. This is the essential appliance in our kitchen, without mixer grinder just imagine how to do the regular cooking in the apartment culture. This Usha company/ customer care never bother about customer problem, they just sold their product and we have to survive with the problems. Now also problem raised regarding motor issue, new motor is not delivered it's been 15 days.

15 Days of use. Tried other brands as well. But this one is champion in the segment. Like: - Dry/wet masala, chatani, idli, appam, dosa batter etc all are grind and mixed really well. - Performance is great - Really smooth with average noise - No heating issue at all - Blades are sharp - Blade arrangements are such that cleaning of the pot is really easy - Rubber support at the bottom fixes the panel too well. - Design is compact and lovely❤ Dislike: - Not found yet

Mixer grinder is good, easy to use and sound bit high. But all the jar lid is not good so cheap quality lid, it's get removed top lid, plastic handle comes out from top, but overall is good and easy to use.

Excellent one day before delivery by Amazon... thanks Amazon. Just received the product.... can't say abt performance right now, every thing is in good condition, little disappointed as the chutney jar's blead is different from the pic they show , bleads r not so impressive.I have Usha food processor, it's 12 yrs old, working fine ,that's why I ordered Usha , blead of chutney jar is different , that I didn't not expect, will see the performance.... This is my after use review....it is cute in size ( small and light weight) but can do it's work perfectly than any other power full machine. Price is also less. I can give 5* in all the way...

It works great and better than similar products of other brands. Its priced much better and is able to handle long grindings without over heating and also it comes with over heat protection with auto cut off protecting the product from damage.
