Softest out there. Can’t go wrong.
If you suffer from chafing with other brands but don’t want to give up the security then you’re in luck! These diapers set the standard for luxury-comfort and capacity. Not money wasted if even to just try. My experience with Egosan goes back several years and I still have not found anything more comfortable for all day wear. Tabs are super refasten-able and hold well. They don’t tear the diaper when sitting and don’t ruin the material when adjustments are needed. Cloth like and breath well. A must in warm climates!

They work!
I usually use Abena when i care for my loved one but it was an unexpected visi & i couldn't get the Abena in time. I've heard really good things about this brand , they just happened to offer a sample & could deliver quick! I'm very satisfied with the comfort, fit & especially the absorbability! My sister is 70 & bedridden. She's 5"1 130lbs & a size 6 or medium in women's clothes.Therfore, i bought the medium & it worked perfect! I've no idea how many times she goes,in 10 hrs she sleeps but it's alot. The only brands I've been extremely satisfied with are NorthShore,Abena & Tranquility. NorthShoreCare.com will send you samples, of several brands. In fact, the only reason,i know how good thier brand is, is because i ordered samples of the Abena & Tranquility. The representative was extremely helpful. She offered free samples & i would put thier max brief up against any other! Hope this helps!

Beefed up drug store adult diaper for an inappropriate cost per unit that leaks, sags, slides down.
Where do I start with these things...Firstly, they're HUGE. I'm usually on the high side of medium or low side of large, so I got larges this time around and have to cross over the tapes to get it closed! The tapes are poorly made and so far 3 of 3 diapers have had the adhesive come off with the hook and loop end and I have to fumble around to get them to stick to the 'clothlike' backing. The 'clothlike backing' is... furry. After a couple hours, you can see it starting to degrade and get fuzzy, like that paper mask that you wore during the height of covid too many times. Also on the breathable backing, it's fairly soft, but only while it's dry.The 'nighttime' functionality is simply because the wings of these diapers wrap ALLLLLLLLLL the way around your sides and nearly to your back.If you're a constant leaking type, this might work for you, but urge incontinence or heavy flows decimate the miniscule leak guards immediately, so make sure you're sitting on a chux or... jeez... just don't buy these.Overall fit and feel is where this completely falls on its face. The sag is unbelievable on these. One thorough wetting and it's halfway to your knees. Assuming it doesn't just leak down the inside of your leg, the SAP in it is the lowest quality and turns into stiff woody pulp that doesn't move with you, separates from the form, clumps up, and will eventually rub your thighs raw.If you're a side sleeper, you're in for a surprise though, because the wings that wrap around your entire lower half will funnel urine all the way around, out of the front or back and ensure that you get to enjoy that saturated feel around your hips and inevitably on your sheets. All in all, for what they're charging, you're essentially getting a doubled up Walgreens brand adult diaper. If you or the person wearing them is almost completely immobile and only dribbles, then yes, this will do to the job for several hours, but then so will nearly any adult diaper for half or less cost.I'm pretty upset that I spent money on this honestly, and still have to drive to a drop zone to return the XL's that amazon sent me on accident before I eventually got the regular larges that I ordered.

They're excellent, just make sure to get the right waist size
I'll be ordering more, since these do not sag and are not as bulky to create a visible bulge over clothes, but still pretty absorbent and thick that constantly makes you remember you have a diaper

Extremely Absorbent But Bulky
This Italian-made incontinence brief for adults is noted as designed for the global market, a fact that I am considering as I write this review as the global market tends to have fewer truly absorbent incontinence products than the strictly U.S. market where this kind of product tends to be pretty common.I ordered and received the large-sized, 8-brief package that is noted as good for waist sizes 39-59". The package arrived very nicely packaged and when I opened them I was astonished at how thick these briefs feel and how strong/durable they present.I should stress that these are not pull-ups. These are styled like an adult diaper and tend to be appropriate for someone who experiences heavy incontinence. They are designed to keep someone dry for eight hours utilizing what Egosan calls "X-Dry Technology."These briefs are thick. I mean seriously thick. Strangely enough, however, very little attention seems to have been given to the adequate but obviously less impressive tapes. There are two tapes on each side. They are moderately adjustable, though the thin fabric on the sides means potential leakage if someone leans on the side or has any sort of curvature like scoliosis, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, or others.I really like the thickness of these briefs. I was honestly astonished how absorbent they are and how dry my skin was kept throughout the day. However, it needs to be noted that they are too thick in the crotch are and that bunching up can make the brief less discreet than some briefs. If the wearer is in casual clothing, it should be fine but if wearing these at work or in a more professional setting it will likely be kind of obvious. As a wheelchair user, I also noted by day's end my posture was impacted a bit.Overall, I really like these briefs despite a few modest concerns. However, those modest concerns are important and at this price point worth considering. While I can't see these becoming a "go to" brief for me, I can easily see this being a brief I would turn to if I knew I needed an extended period and would have limited opportunity to change. The end result, I think, is that I'd consider this a good but not great brief, or adult diaper, for those needing a truly absorbent brief and who aren't as concerned about the overall bulkiness. While the price point is a bit higher, with fewer changes needed it does somewhat balance out. While I considered a 3-star, ultimately I think Egosan's Adult Incontinence Diaper Brief for the most part delivers on its promise and so I'll settle on a 4-star and acknowledge the few concerns I mentioned that should be considered for those who deal with incontinence.
