Quite handy
this is a very handy, inexpensive way to work your hams and glutes (as well as abs, should you wish). All you need to do is put it close to a door, close the door and start to work. It can't be any easier than that. It's obviously portable, takes up minimal space, and stores easily when not in use. Given that it can be tough to find a way to work hamstrings outside of a gym, this is a great tool for anyone who seeks to work out at home. At $40, it's a reasonable way to build out your home workout capabilities.

Works great
I used this sling for some of my personal training clients today. It was nice that I didn't have to hold their feet for sit ups! It works well and holds well in the door. I'm excited about the back exercises!
