Great product! It works great! Put it over a small wound on my husband's foot and he was able to put his sock over it and forget about it all day, and it stayed on. Comfortable, breathable, cushy, great adhesive, super easy pain-free removal .

The foam dressing sticks to my wound so I can’t use

My daughter loves these bandages, which she needed after surgery. We couldn’t find any bandages in the pharmacy that would fit and I ordered these. This was perfect and worked great. They stayed in place and were very comfortable for her. This also arrived very fast. Will keep buying.

These are very good quality foam dressing however it was my inderstanding that thae pary covering the wound is 4 x 4 inches however I realized that this includes the border that sticks. Hence I could not use them. The 4 stars are for quality.

These bandages are great. Easy to remove and comfortable padding that absorbs any fluid from the wound.

These are the perfect size for small wounds and are comfortable to wear. They don’t stick to skin or leave behind residue.

I bought these Niceful 4x4 Silicone Foam Dressings to help heal a stubborn ulcer on my leg, and they have been fantastic – comparable to the expensive ones my clinic used, but much more affordable in this 5-pack. Each dressing is individually wrapped and sterile. The size (4”x4” total with about a 2.5”x2.5” padded area) is great for medium wounds or surgical incisions. In my case, it fully covered the wound with some border to spare. Applying them is very straightforward. You just peel off the backing from the adhesive border and place it over the cleaned wound. The silicone adhesive is a game changer – it sticks well to the surrounding skin but not to the wound itself, and it doesn’t hurt when you remove it. I’ve had bandages before that ripped off skin or left me red and raw around the wound, but not these. I even accidentally placed one a bit off-center and had to reposition it; it lifted gently and I could re-stick it without losing adhesive power. Once on, it stays put. I wore one on my calf for two days straight; during that time I showered (kept direct water spray off it, but it got a bit wet) and it still held on and kept everything underneath dry. No edges curling up either – the adhesive border is a nice width and really adheres flat. The foam pad is thick and very absorbent. It managed the slight drainage from my wound wonderfully, wicking it away and locking it in so the wound wasn’t sitting in fluid. Also, it provides a cushion which protected the area from bumping and added comfort. I noticed that after using these, the wound bed looked healthier – the foam creates a moist healing environment which I know is ideal for wound healing. My wound, which had been slow to progress with regular gauze, actually started to heal faster once I switched to these dressings. There was less scabbing and more new skin forming, likely because the wound wasn’t drying out or getting traumatized with frequent dressing changes. I changed the dressing every 2 days, and each time removal was painless and the pad never stuck to the wound (no more yanking off scabs – hooray). Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Niceful’s foam dressings. They’re as good as hospital-grade ones I’ve used, and I got 5 of them for a very reasonable price. I feel much more confident now doing wound care at home. I have a couple left for future use, and I will absolutely re-order if I need more. Five stars for making wound care easy and comfortable, and helping my wound heal much faster.

I purchased these because the big brand name ones are very expensive and I'm glad I did. They perform just as well,stay where you put them and then remove easily. Happy enough that I purchased another box. My wife is disabled and needs these until the issue clears up and I think these will definitely help.
