I like the dosage of these; a single one is good maintenance, two is for when under the weather. No complaints.

I take a broad spectrum of supplements daily. I have a small bowl of tablets and capsules to get through. Ease of swallowing is therefore a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR for me. These small tablets (see pic) are very easy to swallow. They DO NOT SEEM ‘DRY’ IN THE MOUTH. I usually prefer capsules but I’M QUITE HAPPY with these tablets.In the interest of curiosity (and I’m not recommending this) I allowed one to stay in my mouth to see what would happen. It DISINTEGRATED VERY SLOWLY. There was no taste to speak of. After a while the tablet, which had remained feeling smooth, was softened and I broke it up easily with my teeth. It wasn’t unpleasant. I allowed my mouth to clear fully without recourse to a drink. No problem.The tablets are supplied in a plastic bottle. I like this. Easy to open. Easy to store. Convenient.I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

Nutriodol Zinc TabletsThe tablets come in a small plastic, screw top jar. The lid comes sealed with a plastic sleeve to be removed for access.I take a daily dose of zinc to aid the absorption of my vitamin D tablets and the Nutriodol tablets are a nice size to be swallowed easily. I have been taking the Nutriodol tablets for a while now and I have no complaints about their effectiveness. My only criticism would be the price, they are a bit more expensive than some of the competition.

Easy to swallow and reaasonably priced at a little under £7. I am confused over the different types of Zinc and which one I should actually be using. And still confused after googling it and whether zinc oxide is better for me than other zincs for my nails that split. Anyway thought i'd try this one. And its too early to tell yet but so far its easy enough to take. Can't say anymore than that right now.

I’m really impressed with these zinc supplements because they are very easy for me to swallow, nice and small and they don’t have a horrible aftertaste like others I’ve tried before. The flavour is good because it’s not noticeable at all and I like that the tabs come in the handy tub. The supplements are supporting my health and immune system and I’ve not had any unwanted side effects from taking them. I feel they are good quality and worthwhile getting. The quantity in the tub is decent and the price is cost effective so the value for money is brilliant. I happily recommend them. I’ve not had any issues with them at all.

Good quality and value Zinc supplements that is easy to swallowsmall pill with no taste.I ordered the 25mg dose which for me is the optimum daily dose to boost my immune system. Since I started taking Zinc, I have been rarely catching cold in winter and I have recommended taking Zinc to my family.I find the price is reasonable at less than £3 a month as the container has a 90 pills and the daily dose is one pill a day.

This is three months supply of a supplement that many believe aids the immune system and even helps prevent catching the common cold, amongst a few other claimed benefits.The capsules are pretty small, so relatively easy to swallow. The dosage is more than in all-in-one type pills or capsules, so useful if you specifically need to up your zinc intake. The price seems pretty decent for three months supply, so all in all, a decent buy.

As we are getting older we are more aware of the need to help our immune system, to this end we have been taking zinc supplements for a couple of years now.These are small, easy to take tablets and they are reasonably priced at £8.90 for the pack of 90 25 mg tablets, although it is worth noting that over the past week or so they have increased in price from £7.00 over the past couple of weeks, although this may be due to them being on special offer then.The 25mg was the only strength that was available under the Vine programme, normally I would buy the 15mg strength as this gives a good boost to the immune system, but isn't too far over the 5mg RDA.
