Q: I saw some use coffee makers to make this coffee and my question is what was your process for doing so?

I used a stovetop espresso maker. It burns fast so you have to watch closely and take it off the heat as soon as it finishes bubbling up. I'm not sure how it would work in a french press or drip coffee maker because you don't have the high pressure you get with espresso maker. It might work in a aeropress but I haven't gotten around to trying that yet.

Q: Isn't this what is called a cinnamon roast where the bean is still almost green? It's a first crack roast and some say it is almost "sour".

It's not green at all nor is it sour. It's a very mild coffee taste, very light, almost white color. Twice the caffeine of regular coffee. The grinds smell like peanut butter.

Q: Can I use this in a regular coffee pot?

I use a coffee press and it turned out fine

Expresso is a new one. Espresso, yes.
