This is good if you wanna try a bunch of different flavors and see which one you really like. I love their hot chocolate flavors. They have some good teas and some good coffees. I went ahead and bought a pack that was just the hot chocolate since we liked it a lot.

I've added this to my subscribe-and-save so I get a new box every few months. I started my subscription in 2015, and I have yet to have any damaged or expired items in my box. I use them in an older model keurig, and I haven't had any issues getting it to accept these K-Kups. The brands in the picture are all brands that I recognize getting in each of my packs, though the flavors vary and sometimes there are more of one or another kind. Pros: - I get to experience fun new flavors of coffee in addition to my usual donut shop coffee brand that I buy. - I also get to enjoy an occasional hot cup of chocolate, cider, tea, etc - I can put them in my spinny k-cup holder and choose at random when I don't want to decide. Cons: - Some of these coffees are just AWFUL. If I've tried it before and know it's awful, I usually save those for when other people visit and pawn them off on them >:) - Some of these are decaf, which is just cruel. But it says that on the label so... I can't totally complain.

I'm very disappointed and maybe that is my fault, but I do know I will never order this again, regardless. I chose this to buy as an assortment to offer to our Christmas holiday guests because of it being a variety of coffees, teas, hot chocolates and ciders, but most importantly, because of the main selection pictured for this item on Amazon. On the photo, it showed quite a few, Christmas and Winter flavors, like eggnog, gingerbread, sugar cookie, Peppermint Bark, White Christmas, Santa's White Christmas, Winter Warmer, Holiday Blend, and Chestnut. and also because it showed almost all FLAVORED coffees, etc and only approx. 3 or so unflavored roasts/blends and because it showed mostly flavored coffees, especially holiday ones, and just a little bit of the teas, ciders, cocoas, so it appeared perfect to me. That is not what I got, at all. I got nearly no special holiday flavors at all. In this box, there were 11 unflavored coffees (I'd prefer to get next to none of those), which were 1 light roast, 5 dark/bold roasts & 5 unspecified roasts. I would not have ordered this sampler if I had imagined I would get more than a handful of unflavored coffees, at most.-- I have 1 spiced orange cider,-- 5 hot chocolates = 3 plain ones (yawn!) & 2 flavored (Salted Caramel & Peppermint Bark)--. 3 Lattes ( Green Matcha Madness, Creamy Cinnamon Chai, Red Velvet Revolution, -- 3 Cappuccinos (English Toffee, Double Caramel, Pumpkin Spice), -- 5 Teas ( Green Tea with Coconut, Peach Bellini Green Tea, English Breakfast Black Tea, Fruity Black Tea with Bergamot, Chamomile Mint Tea ),-- Finally the flavored coffees that I got were: (Caramel Macchiato, Caramel Vanilla Cream, French Vanilla, Hazelnut Creme, Irish Creme, Pumpkin Spice, Pumpkin Spice Pie, Sweet Strawberries & Cream, Mexican Vanilla Sombrero, Bananas Foster Flambe, Apple Pie Ala Mode, Frosted Oatmeal Biscotti.). As you can see, that is not even close to the Christmas/Winter selection I foolishly assumed it would be similar to in the Sample Photo pictured for this item on Amazon. I'd send it back to get something else if it wasn't 3 days before Christmas now. To end on a positive note and to be fair, it is true I did not get any exact duplicates such as the same brand in the same flavor, although be aware you may get duplicate flavors in different brands or 11 nonflavored coffees all in different brands. I do know from past experience with some of these brands/flavors that I will especially enjoy the Crazy Cups flavored coffees and lattes. Soooo... lesson learned on my part, in that maybe next time I should just order a custom selection of samplers or get mostly Crazy Cups or choose a variety sampler that literally lists each flavor in writing to ensure I am getting the type I wanted. You may love this selection, as long as you don't make the mistake I made in thinking that your selection will be at least fairly similar to what is pictured for this product.
