I had some questions for the seller; he was prompt in answering. I am really enjoying this device; it works as expected and was packaged very well. Thanks so much for an excellent refurbished option. This keeps computers out of the landfill, a little more $ in my pocket, plus the refurbisher gets a slice of the pie! WIN ! WIN ! WIN !

Got this gem refurbished for my son as a replacement for his old one that went bad. First time I've ever purchased a refurbished anything and I have been nothing but pleased. Added a 3 year warranty through Asurion for $50. For some reason the return window is 90 days on refurbished items compared to 30 days for new. Go figure. Great deal for a great price and a very fast desktop. Thanks Amazon.

I tried to set up the computer, but I got stuck at the Windows email account step. The screen kept showing FedEx and saying the email was invalid. It then gave me a QR code, and a few minutes after I completed the QR check, the computer shut down. Since then, the power button only shows three orange lights. It’s a shame, because I love this model of mini PC. They’re workhorses.

i couldn’t believe how small this tower is when i unboxed it. took a little bit of time for the system to do all the updates, but other that that setup was a breeze and no issues out if the box. my only gripe is that i wish it was clear that the machine doesn’t use hdmi video outputs and that you need adapters for your hdmi monitors. the system came with 1 of these adapters but i had to order another one ($7) for my 2nd monitor. maybe im out of the “tech loop” and this is common knowledge? but my old tower video board had hdmi output so i was expecting the same in w this new machine. so that was kind of annoying that i wasn’t able to get it all setup exactly the way i wanted with my dual monitors and have to wait until that 2nd adapter plug arrived the next day. other than that, the machine is lightning fast especially compared to my old one that was on its last leg and was painstakingly slow to even do the simplest task. i’ll report and update this review as time goes on and hopefully there’s no issues in the immediate future and yes, the included keyboard and mouse are pretty poor quality but functional- they worked immediately with no issues or setup required- simply plug in the usb dongles to the tower, you do need a single AA battery and a single AAA battery so luckily i keep those on hand. best buy did have the same tower/refurbished for $30 less but ordering from amazon is much easier imo /as are returns should any issues have happened

I have had the PC for 1 week. It worked out of the box with no problem. It is smaller than I expected and much faster than my 10 year old AMD system. The superfast NVMe solid state drive gives a boost. The slim DVD R/W drive (like on a notebook) worked ok but seems a bit flimsy compared to the larger DVD drive I had. Wi-Fi is ok and it has an external antenna but is only 2.4ghz, I used a USB Wi-Fi adapter to get 5ghz and it was definitely faster. On start up there are several annoying Microsoft menus to go through, but that is not the PC’s fault. There are also a lot of menu items pushing Office 365 and other Microsoft products so I had to clean those off. You will need a Microsoft account too. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are kind of junk and there’s no instructions (the wireless adapter is in the mouse battery compartment). You can use a USB keyboard and mouse and it has the old style purple and green connectors for a keyboard and mouse. There is also a legacy serial port, unusual for a PC built in 2019. I was disappointed it had some scratches on the front bezel and the bezel is worn in several places, but it is a refurb so I should have expected that. It is clean inside. The detailed specs stated it has an HDMI port but it does not. It has 2 Digital output ports and surprisingly a SVGA port which I had to use for now. I have ordered a digital port to HDMI adapter ($9). Note to vendor…scrap the keyboard and provide an HDMI converter. I also wanted to install a 1TB HDD but it needed a Dell cradle to secure it in the HDD bay, so I ordered that too ($9). There is only one bay so any other drives will need to be connected with USB. As there are no manuals download the Dell Optiplex 7060 Service Manual.

Great refurbished system. Easy setup and functionality. Using as an amateur radio station controller with no problems.

Arrived quickly and safely. Operating properly as expected. Thank you.

Computer is working fine but the wireless keyboard and mouse is cheap and does not work
