Would this bend 12-Gauge Hanger Wires, thank you ?

I would think not. 12 gauge hanger wire is less than 1/8” diameter. This tube bender is meant to bend tubing of minimum 1/4” diameter. A wire bending jig may be more useful.

Does this tool bend 3/16 diameter brake lines?

It's smallest groove is 1/4" (. 2500") so the 3/16" (. 1875") brake line will fit inside of it and should work fine.

Would this work on 4mm aluminum tubing? I just want it to do a slight curve.

This tool is designed for a minimum tube diameter of 1/4”(6.35mm). It won’t properly support a smaller diameter tubing when bending. I’m not sure if some deformation is acceptable to you or not. A better choice would be the Titan 51503.

Could this be used to make coils? Like for an induction forge?

I don't think this tool would be the easiest way to coil tubing. Once bent more than 180 degrees it will become difficult to remove the tool from the bend, so bending a full coil wouldn't be easy, if possible. I'd recommend filling the tube with sand or some noncompressible material, plug the ends with soldier to hold the sand in place, then wrap the tubing around a rod with an outer diameter slightly smaller than your coil's desired inner diameter. You could use a torch to apply heat to make it easier, just don't burn yourself. Cut the plugs off to empty the sand after the coil is finished, and flush with water/solvent. Hope this helps.
