Will this hook up to the d-rings on a jeep wrangler? I dont want to install the brackets since I have d-rings.

I don't think it will. The pin that holds the tow bar must go thru a horizontal bracket.......i think the "D" ring you have is horizontal too so there would be no place to insert the pin. So I don't think they are compatible.

Can the Width of this go smaller than 24". I need it to be 15 inches to tow a leaf vacuum?

yeah the two arms can touch during storage, so you just tighten bolts at desired width.

will this work to tow a 2013 honda fit from an rv? do i need to purchase more items or is this a complete kit?

Everything I needed was in the kit. No additional purchase was required. With regards to rv towing, I’m not sure. Certainly durable enough, just not sure about figment. My son had a ‘92 wrangler YJ. we used this to tow the Jeep from MD to TN behind my Tahoe. Towed like a champ.

Will this work with the roadmaster EZ twisterlock brackets??

It is not designed for that application. With some modifications you could make it work, But the best plan is to buy a Roadmaster tow bar.
