the slip and slide stays in place. The water hose sprayer does not stay on place. The kids still had a great time. Very easy to drain the water.

Took 40 minutes to set up only to see that it was defective with a rip in the seam. We purchased so that my daughter would have something fun to do on her visit to her grandparents, so we partially repaired with the tiny patch that came with the package and a half a role of duck tape...it still leaked but kept the water long enough to use it for an hour before refilling with water. The arch does not stay upright, is totally disfunctional, and the velcro completly detached from the plastic after a day. Horrrible product. I would give it negative stars if i could.

It was an OK purchase. We have turf grass so we couldn’t place any steaks to hold it in place so we had to keep repositioning the slide part. Also the plastic is very thin, if you live in a hot area it will get very hot and feel as if it will tear easily. Needs two hoses to work and we never could get the dome part of it to stay in place so we just improvised. The kids still loved it but not worth the price overall.

We had to cancel our annual Grandma & Papa four day camping trip with our 4 grandchildren due to COVID-19. I thought, time to get creative. Decided to have a camp out at our house, create a "water wonderland" in our yard and celebrate all their birthdays missed due to COVID-19. This product was super fun for my grandchildren. Easy instructions and the product has a water image for the areas needed to be filled with water instead of air and the air was easy to fill using a simple portable air pump. Had a great time on the first day. Unfortunately, on the second day the seams ripped on the curved "bumper" causing the water to drain. It was necessary for me to run to Target to buy a couple of Slip-n-Slides and water balloons to continue our little water wonderland. This is the fantastic part, the seller sent me an email asking how our experience was. I explained what happened without whining, complaining and with zero expectations (I typically do not like to return product under a certain amount and write reviews unless something fantastic happens) . The seller was dismayed to hear our experience, sincerely apologized and offered to send a new package at no cost. I thought, "WOW, this is awesome!" and agreed to accept the exchanged unit. Now, more fantastic stuff... The return instructions were extremely simple, they did not require me to pack up the water slide and send it back. They issued an RMA number, provided the next steps and the exchange unit is on it's way. For someone like me who is in the technology industry where it is never "if" the product has issues, it is truly "when" issues come up, it's all about proactive customer service and resolving the issue with customer satisfaction. This seller has done exactly that and I will not hesitate to buy from them again! If I could rate 10 stars, I would :)

The slide is narrow and the material is thin. I don't think.it will last long. The most disappointing part is the arch not staying up. The kids love to have the water spray Into the pool bit it is connected by a small price of velcro that does not hold well.

My boys have played on this for several hours and it’s held up well. The arch does not stay up well, since one side of it has Velcro to hold it in place…. But we just position it toward the slip and slide mat and let it water the mat. My kids love it.

I ordered for entertainment at my grandsons birthday party. I wasn't sure how well it would hold up because it was fairly inexpensive but the quality of the material is very heavy duty. The kids had hours of fun!

great for summer. the kids loved it. easy to setup and great air retention. The hoop was a challenge but some zip ties help in a pinch.
