It works great on our Husky-Malamute mix Ella. She has about as challenging a coat as you can get. She is furry as all get out and this dryer worked great. There was hair everywhere, but that's good. The dryer has enough power that it somewhat helps d-shed as you're drying. The temperature is perfect — it's not too hot and it's not too cool just like Goldilocks & The Three Bears story with the porridge. It also is surprisingly quiet for what it does. It makes less noise by far than my leaf blower and my vacuum cleaner. That's also good because Ella is sensitive to loud noises. Ella did not object to us using this dryer on her. She did not try to run away or struggle with us in any way. She doesn't like to be bathed and so when we have tried to use other things on her to dry her, she is extremely reluctant and resistant. Not so with this dryer. Needless to say, for the money, this dryer is a bargain and we highly recommend it.

This dog hair dryer is perfect and very low noise, I am currently using it on the lowest level without heating element for my English Labrador Retriever and it does an amazing job also I save so much time drying his hair now plus he loves the dryer, he even laying down and wait until I finished, we bought this because we saw this was the dryer on our doggy park wash station and we used few times there before buy it. I love the fact that it came with 5 different attachment and its fast, also Costumer service is very responsive I did have an issue with mine machine, and I contact them and they were extremely helpful.

I am the owner of 4 alaskan malamutes, and if you know about alaskan malamutes they shed a lot if not well groomed. I spend a lot of time doing research on pet products that would ease and help me save time when It comes to taking care of my dogs. This blower definitely helps, it's portable, it's not heavy, it has the power you need but it gets hot quick. Not the air so much because there is a setting for you to blow warm or hot air (I have used it) but the handle and the machine itself. It does have a sleeve on the hose for you to hold in case it gets too hot and yes it works great. If you don't know, alaskan malamutes have 3 coats, that's one more than huskies and German shepherds, so on. So you can only imagine the amounts of hair I deal with, not to mention we recently moved to Charleston, South Carolina from Seattle, Washington. The humidity here is disgusting, but it does not keep us from going out and enjoying some areas. Whenever we get home I usually bathe my dogs and blowing them is a MUST. It's very easy for bacteria and fungus to grow in their coat with this humidity if not dried completely. This blower does the job right, I even started taking it in my truck and blowing them right after they play, removing dirt and sand and water from their coats. I'm glad I got this blower and I would definitely recommend, I haven't had any issues with it and also it was priced great.

Game changer. Now I can bath and dry my dogs waaay faster. The hose gets a bit hot but is manageable. Air comes a bit warm without the heat option. Usually I do my Bichon and GoldenDoodle at the same time with no issues but I’ve done my husky too and it does the job. It’s a bit noisy but my sensitive husky can handle it with no problem. Very good product for the price.

This is a GAME CHANGER for our golden doodle post bath time! Works excellent and really dries his hair nice while leaving him fluffy! LOVE THIS!

Love this appliance! Not only does it dry quickly after giving baths, but I also use it to blow sand and dander out of their coats after being at our dog park. Both of our dogs love the cool air and they do not scratch nearly as much as before using this blower. I also have significantly less tufts and tumbleweeds of hair dropping in the house. I use this appliance a couple times a week. Very easy to assemble and operate. Highly recommend!!

First of all,,, I'm not sure why some reviews say this unit is noisy. I'm impressed on how quiet this unit while operating. Very well built, solid. The heat function is actually too good. Air temperatures can reach too high if left on while using. I found the best way to utilize heat is to turn it on for the first 3 minutes of use then turn off as the motor warmth is enough to keep your pup from overheating. I use this on my mini Aussie with medium coat and he loves it. Powerful enough to blow a path in his coat to check for any bugs that may have found refuge during our walks in the woods. I recommend this unit. Works perfect.
