So far, so good! Glad that I purchased these blackberry bushes. They have adapted very well so far. Our summers can be somewhat brutal at times here in north Texas. I have other varieties that were planted a year ago, and are doing well.

I ordered 2 plants and both arrived a day early and in mostly good condition. The main problem was that they had hitchhikers. There where small, and I mean small, flyey things that bite. I was attacked by these things upon opening the box. Ouch. I has to leave them out last night (couldn't withstand the bites). Today I completed opening each plant. They look like healthy plants but they both have insect damage. I cut off the damaged leaves because I don't want an infestation of what ever those things where. We'll see how they grow. I would give 5 stars if not for the hitchhikers and the bites.I thought it was illegal to transport insects across state lines...
