Better storage and convenient!
Bought as a gift for my fiancé and as it did take him a while to set up, he finally did and absolutely loves it! Made storing all his rods so much easier and honestly helped me out too because they can be a little much ! All pockets and zippers are super convenient and it holds ALOT. He has never owned something like this and normally carry’s all his rods by hand. This was definitely a great buy for him!

Good value for fishing or kite gear
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Recently bought two of these, both sight unseen. One is for fishing gear, and it's a solid design for that concept, particularly at this price. The other is for my humble but robust kite flying gear. There is room for 4 kites comfortably, including the elongated, thin, product packages or elongated shipping box they came in. This might not be the absolute best design for kite flyers, but at half the price of dedicated kite bags, it's a great value and highly functional.Note that this bag design does include a body-length zipper (like a duffel bag). That might not be obvious. Also note that the external rod holders could easily be used with the framework of larger kites (if you used the bag for kites). The bag (as a whole) has NO rigid structure. Just keep the elongated, thin shipping boxes that your rods or your kites arrived in, and use those for internal structure and organization. Cheers.

Perfect Gift!
Father's Day gift for my son who loves fishing. I saw that his old bag needed an upgrade. Found this one and OMG this is the perfect gift for him. Needless to say, he loves it and can't wait to use it.

Just a little adjustment and it is Awesome
I really like this rod holder but I wanted it to be more sturdy. I got a tube at Home Depot ( 8” x 48.”) and cut 4 inches off of it. I glued a flat piece of cardboard from an Amazon box to the bottom with E6000 and trimmed with scissors once it was dried. This tube fits perfect and now it stands up on its own. I have included pics for reference.

Cover your treble hooks before you put it on your shoulder!
A good concept but if you keep hooks on your rods, especially treble hooks, you SHOULD cover them or risk injury. When you carry this rod holder on your shoulder it rotates and exposes you to the bare hooks. DAMHIK The requirement to put a cardboard tube in the center seems like a waste of space since there is no way to use that space unless you put another rod in it. If you do add a rod to the center of the carrier then it's going to be difficult to remove it. Anything else is likely going to be too short to make good use of the center space. The rod pockets are fine and plenty spacious although it would be nice to have one more pocket. Velcro straps at the top are more than strong enough to hold your rods in place too. Overall build quality is fine so far and I think that this carrier will last a long time. Oh, the shoulder strap could be move upward a few inches too as the current position feels a bit low.Overall I gave this 3 stars as it's just "ok" and nothing special. For much less money I recommend rubber backed velcro straps and you can carry just as many rods just as easily if not easier.

Love this bag
I've been able to fit 4 kids life jackets inside. Plus all my tackle boxes. 2 adult poles and 4 kid ones side by side. Very much so worth the buy.
