Pretty good but annoying software
The actual headphones are really good. The quality of the sound and the mic are amazing and the included dial is a great addition although I seldomly use it. I've got really good feedback on the mic quality with some mates saying it is one of the best they've heard. The only issue with it is the software which is really annoying, buggy and unintuitive. It also contains ads which is disappointing to see after purchasing such an expensive product. I still recommend it but expect a few software issues especially when you first get them.

Amazing quality and easy to use only one con
I was previously using a Logitech headset from my partner and wanted my own in which I could control the sounds better from chat to game to music, this is it! Great quality sound, easy to use, comfy as anything, download the sonar app and it's so simple to adjust controls. Con - the wire connected to the turntable connector is quite short, I've took it round the back and under the desk now, because the wire and mic are on the left of the headset and can't be switched, meaning it kept getting in the way of my hand on the keyboard.

Great sounding headset with clear chat.
Great set of headphones, sound is great chat is clear. A definite improvement over the 3D Pulse headset (which was also great imo) I was previously using. Went for the wired as reading reviews they had the edge over the wireless. Only downside is the headphone lead is quite short at around 1.5m so I bought a 2m one (just need to make sure it's compatible with this headset).

Overrated
Im very surprised at the high rated reviews, I feel enough people haven't experienced other options before this. I purchased this at £170 down from £230, and even that saving isn't enough. Having hooked it up to my PC and updated the drivers, then tried playing music from both my PC and PS5, you soon realise the volume is FAR too low. The quality is there, sure, but you can't actually hear what you want to hear. Furthermore, on PC it installs a bazillion different outputs into your audio menu which is extremely inconvenient if you use multiple outputs. The volume knob does diddly squat on both PC and PS5 - I had to use the volume wheel on the headset, defeating the purpose of the dedicated base. Steer clear - my Samson SR850s for £35 and PS Pulse headset did a better job.

Sound quality is excellent, can use them all day but the fancy Sonar software doesn't work well.
I use this every day in a setup where I have two PCs and want to be able to switch the headphones between them. It works great and the sound quality is good both input and output. However there are two niggles which make it 4 stars instead of 5: 1. I'd really like a mode where it mixed the sounds from both PCs rather than making you select one or the other. This would be super useful to have a YouTube video or Discord or Teams running on one PC screen while in a game on the other. 2. The Sonar software is rubbish, nothing like as good as the hardware. You don't have to use it so it isn't a deal breaker but it is disappointing. I was expecting 3D sound effects so you could tell where enemies were from footsteps but that never worked for me and a few times I've had a situation where there was no sound when you used the Sonar driver but it was fine when you went to the Steel Series driver. Despite these problems and not getting all the features I expected to work in practice I'm glad I bought them. The sound quality is excellent, they are convenient when you have two PCs and because they are wired you can use them all day without running out of battery.

Okay Quality, Not Worth The Price, Terrible Software Stability
So this is my 2nd SteelSeries Headset and I gotta say, this will definitely be the last SteelSeries Product I'll buy, first off, the Sound Quality out of the gate is pretty damn horrendous, took me a fair bit of tweaking to get it somewhere that was reasonable quality, originally it was tinny and dull, and much worse than my previous Arctis 5, which btw ended up clashing with the Software at some point on my old computer and started causing bluescreens if I used the Gaming Audio section of the headset, rendering the software somewhat useless as it would no longer interact with my headset in terms of RGB or Equaliser Tweaks. So anyway I got these to go along with my new PC and the bass on these are incredibly subpar, the Arctis 5 in that regard was certainly much better, and overall probably prefer the Arctis 5 for its sound quality there. When it comes to gaming however and the surround sound, its pretty good, positioning is rather accurate and everything, and some options in the SteelSeries software to program them. Now my biggest issue with these Headsets, and that is the SteelSeries software itself...to be honest it's pretty appalling when working with its hardware, the Adapter that comes with this to allow you to change your ChatMix audio is constantly going out and having to be unplugged and plugged back in to return so you can change your Chat and Game audio again, for something that costs about £250 you'd think this wouldn't be an issue to begin with in its hardware, and compatibility with its software. Furthermore, if you try to simply just change it in the software (there is actually a dial-bar there for you to drag apparently) it tells you to do this on the device instead...well SteelSeries that would be great, IF YOU WOULD LET ME! Heheh so a dumb thing there that you can't actually interact with for some...some reason I cannot particularly fathom to be honest. Overall, the quality is okay, but certainly not worth the price tag, and the software really needs some work to be more compatible with it's hardware and causing less headaches, alongside some QoL improvements... Oh, and the Mic Quality is actually pretty good by the way.

An amazing piece of gear. I was amazed with the Arctis Nova pros. Going from a great studio headphones to these were flawless. Being able to have a seamless sound across both PC and PS5 is a must. Being able to have a custom EQ preset via the GameDAC for console is awesome, and the inclusion of GG Sonar on PC is great. The only "negative" thing right know is the cable. But the pros with cable is audio quality and latency. Highly recommend this headset to anyone!

Ideale per chi gioca a titoli competitivi come Call of Duty, Valorant o Apex Legends. 💯 Super consigliate.
