Excellent for a home office worker!
As an office worker I am aware of exercises to help combat eye strain. However, that is more difficult to incorporate into a routine. These cards at 6 feet away fit into my home-workspace very easily, and give me a specific point with various size letters to focus on. Practicing daily eye exercises is much easier with these cards.
