It was wonderful in the begining but now all of a sudden the button to function the watch broke off. I have to use a paper clip to turn on and off the watch. I haven't even had the product that long. I received it on October 25th. Is there some kind of way to get this issue taken care of without me having to spend the money all over again to have another one? This is crazy I really loved this product until the button came off and now I can't use it any more. All I did was put my car blinker on and it popped right off. Can someone please get back to me about this issue so i know if i wasted the money or if I can have it replaced without being charged all that money again. I would hate to have to spend the money again to get a new one and i haven't even had the product for 2 months.

This was a Christmas present for my son.... He really liked it until the power button and spring popped off the 2nd day of having it.... Now he's not interested in it anymore.......can't work it without a power button.... We already threw away all the packaging and cannot locate the missing button and spring to send it all back...

The same day I got the watch the power button popped out place and got lost so now I can’t use it

My smart watch does not charge for some reason. I just got it and i'm so dissapointed it does not charge. I have tried multiple chargers.

Instructions for set up and use not clear and in broken English. Don't bother!
