No! The Vizio app does not "speak" to the Vizio device. In our case, the Vizio device is a Vizio TV. Every weekend, when we want to stream content, we spend no less than an hour trying to get Vizio smart TV to interact. We don't have the best wi-fi here but even giving that, and the going back and forth making sure everything's connected to our flippin' wi-fi, we still have trouble with the flippin' Vizio app recognizing our Vizio device, three feet away from us! If I sound frustrated, it's because I am. Buy anything Vizio and join us!

killed one on my canaries. got "glued" into her feet and she couldn't move or fly. we have a large aviary where we cannot view all birds so this is very dangerous. the product seems too soft and combines with the seed to make almost a plaster. beware.

I liked it. My parakeets wouldn't go near it. To bad too.
