This is a super sturdy bike rack. It was a pretty easy install after watching the video. Not really sure why some reviews said it was difficult or had too many parts and even that a bike shop wouldn't do it. First off, you don't need a bike shop to do this. Second, I'd make sure to leave a review of that bike shop they wouldn't appreciate. It has the exact right amount of parts. Usually, I assume many complaints and low-star reviews are user errors or ignorance. I'm usually right about that too. You clamp it to the seat post then attach the support legs to the frame. Not that difficult. Also, you can still adjust the seat height by just releasing the clamp. What's not to like about that? Super sturdy and easily removed. Done and done get one if that's what you're looking for.

I really felt like I completely guessed when buying this rack , mixed reviews etc . This is the truth guys .If your the kinda guy who doesn’t own tools this rack is hard to put together. I am the kinda guy who owns tools and I made sure everything was tight as it can be and this thing feels solid .Now something to note . I thought it had quick release tabs . It DOES NOT have quick release tabs . Those are like compression clips that help it be tighter , there not quick .Would recommend and would buy again. It survived a nice fall perfectly as well

I was looking at a similar rack for a while. Most reviews on the other unnamed rack complained about not having instructions. This one had reviews stating the instructions were clear! The instructions are rather easy to follow. There are many parts, I wouldn't want to try with out them. Seams rather sturdy. Put all my weight on it (190lbs) and didn't even flex. Two of the bolts come dangerously close to my spokes though. I will end up hack sawing them down a little just to be safe. Over all, I am rather happy with this purchase.

It is definitely the strongest rack I’ve come across so far but I doubt it would support more than 100lbs. I had a 45lb battery on it and it had a non-insignificant amount of flex when the bike was tiled/angled. Regardless of the lower real life capacity, it is solidly built and I would strongly recommend this over a standard bolt only rear rack. I will be buying another for my other bike!

Setup a bit difficult. You need to watch the video. Different design than normal so I had to work out differently on how to put my bike bags on. But pretty sturdy. My foot kept hitting the latches though

This bike rack is very sturdy, rated for 100 kilo (220 lbs) and I think it would probably hold that much. Doubt anyone would actually want to load that much on a bicycle, but it's comforting that the rack is capable of that much. It went on easily, the instructions are OK, and it's adjustable to fit on most any bike. It has some quick-release handles that make removal & installation efficient. Good choice if sturdy is what you are after.

I was looking for a rear rack for my fat tire e-bike that would support a 125 pound passenger. This was advertised to support 220 pounds. The design of this rack is very poor and I would not recommend it, even for a cargo rack.The support arms are adjustable and the set screw that locks the arm in place screws directly into the arm. This is a very poor design that failed immediately upon tightening the set screw.I am mechanically inclined and made sure to follow the instructions exactly so I don’t believe this to be user error. I ended up drilling a hole through the support arm so i could pass a bolt completely through it. This made it much more stable. For long term use though I absolutely do not recommend this rack. Please look elsewhere

En general el producto cuplé lo que promete. Totalmente funcional y resistente. Peeeero el soporte para el reflector es una endeble laminilla de aluminio. Una pieza de aluminio más firme y resistente estaría acorde al resto de los componentes del producto. Por eso no le doy las 5 estrellas. Para el fabricante: (“un producto es tan bueno como el peor de sus componentes”.)
