I have two concerns.1. I purchased this digit picture frame from a company listed as KECAG Store after returning a digital picture frame from a company listed as Jimwey Store. This digital picture frame from Jimwey Store did not seem to respond when buttons on the back of the frame were pushed or when buttons on the remote controller were pushed. I did not purchase a second frame from Jimwey Store because the webpage now claims there are no more available. Although the two frames that were delivered to me seem to be identical (including the accessories), the Jimwey Store sold it a few days ago for $14.65 less than KECAG Store did yesterday.2. The second concern is specifically about the KECAG Store digital photo frame. The actual frame has a small green sticker claiming "Q.C. Passed." However, the quality is not as advertised. The slideshow feature for photos freezes after displaying 10-20 photos. The current attempt at a slideshow is currently at a 16-minute freeze on one photo. The freeze prevents all buttons from functioning and requires the cord to be unplugged for a reset. I will have to return it. Hopefully it doesn't pass Amazon's quality control a second time.

I bought this and filled it with everyone's favorite images and memories of my son and daughter in-laws relationship over the years. Once filled it was wrapped and given to them as a wedding gift. So many images can be packed into it. The picture quality is incredible. You can apply different settings for different effects. Change up speed, angle and there's even music setting. I had so much fun with this. The best part for me was how easy it is to set up and use. I'm awful techy things so I really appreciated it not being difficult.

Pluses (for me) - very good picture quality that is adjustable, uses standard USB stick inputs, is NOT wi-fi compatible (who wants others to send you their pictures for display?. Minuses - remote range limited, buttons and small print on the back are tough on old eyes, a couple photos would not play (got a 'do not enter' sign instead, changing the settings is a bit of random walk (I'll have to document in detail the process...).My old 7 inch Polroid picture viewer died so I originally replaced it with an Apolosign viewer which, supposedly was a really good one. It may well be, BUT the small, microprint manual that came with it was useless. I tried YouTube videos for help to no avail.This picture viewer works OK.

Unlike other reviews, the color, and picture quality are great. I specifically wanted a flash drive so I could create photo themes for different holidays. The Flashdrive option works for that. I can't figure out how to get the correct date on one of the displays, but if you just want a slideshow this works fine. I would love to be able to use some of the other options, but the manual is only a printed version of what pops up on the screen. There are no tutorials or guides.
