Not as sturdy as the professional chocolate molds from European makers, but still of a very good quality. If you KNOW how to make chocolate 3d figures professionally, you'll certainly achieve outstanding results - now, if you're an enthusiast, a beginner in chocolate work or, as many of the unhappy customers, cake decorators, you'll STILL be able to achieve the same great results, but it will probably take some time and practice. If you want to make a real chocolate piece, then you must master tempering it - if not, at least visually, you can make an stunning piece using compound chocolate and candy coatings. Also, look for good reference on the internet, like videos and tutorials and check as many as you can - look for the pros. If you really serious, why not taking some proper chocolate classes? You didn't learn all that cake technique in one day, right? Same with chocolate. Good luck!

I’m testing mine tonight...it’s in the fridge to make sure it hardens. Milk chocolate platform, sole and heel, white chocolate upper. The lines aren’t as clean as I like, but that’s human error, not the mold. I like it, and used ghirardelli chocolate melts and chips. If you’re coloring the chocolate, remember to use colors FOR chocolate and candy, not water based.
