Source Naturals GastricSoothe Zinc L-Carnosine - 30 Veggie Caps

Stomach issue girly here (GERD with a few other things). When I was coming off of a PPI at the start of 2025 I took these and while there was no immediate/noticeable effect, I do think it helped my overall gut health. I paired it with an l-glutamine supplement (alternating days) and can say my upper-endoscopy a few weeks after coming off the PPI completely showed no inflammation, despite weeks of relentless rebound heartburn from coming off the meds.

I’ve been using Source Naturals GastricSoothe for a little while, and it really helps calm my stomach when I feel bloated or have that heavy, uncomfortable feeling after meals. It’s gentle, doesn’t cause any side effects, and I notice relief pretty quickly. I also like that the ingredients feel clean and natural — no weird aftertaste or harshness. It’s become something I keep on hand for those days my digestion acts up.

I do not recommend this product there are fillers in this supplement that make it impossible to take for people who are sensitive to allergens or who are on restrictive diets. I've always loved source naturals and have been a fan of their products for many many years but this is unfortunately the last I will buy.

I read a Blog from a nutritionist and cancer survivor,,, she emails back to me, and she suggests many many things that are NOT EXPENSIVE. THIS IS A STOMACH “ protector , in her opinion, and I trust her very highly. I take it for myself, and give to my dog as well. Love THIS PRODUCT.
