It’s hard to pump the product out. I had to hit it everyday to try to even see anything come out of it until one day some cream decided to come out. the roller part is kinda painful.

Good product

This product is ok if you just need something in the morning to bring down puffiness and straighten out morning fine lines. I only wish it (the effects) would last longer. The effects don't last long enough and it doesn't give any permanent undereye support or lasting improvement.

I have had a problem with the pump action on this product. The cream should come out where the rollerball is at the top but after using it a few times it started coming out lower down where the pump is making a right mess. I did try advising company but had no response. Although I bought it late December I didn't start using it till February when my other eye product ran out.

I’ve been using this under-eye serum regularly and honestly, I’m quite impressed with the results. Overall, it has become a nice addition to my skincare routine and feels like a genuinely good product for everyday under-eye care.
