Love this product
First off, if you are chopping a large quantity of things this may not be the product you want to use. However, I find it's a great size for preparing the types of things I usually make. One thing to remember is to not try to chop large pieces of things. Cut them into smaller sizes and the chopper works wonderfully. Usually a medium size onion I will chop into about 6 pieces before dicing it. Today I diced celery and onions. And sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. I have carpel tunnel in my hands and doing this by hand would be harder and painful. The chopper takes me about a quarter of the time it would take to do it manually and I find it much easier. Once you get the hang of it it's simple to use. I like the variety of blades you get with it. It's easy to clean except the veggies stick in the crevices of the top of the dicer part. They give you a tool to help with this. I don't usually like having a lot of kitchen gadgets sitting around but this is one of the best and most useful products I've bought in a long time. I have a mandolin made by Pampered Chef that doesn't even compare to this one and cost a lot more money. The only addition I would make is a blade that allows you to make slices a little thicker than the one that is included.

Not bad but not great either!
It's not bad but not great either. I got this on Thursday, July 20th, 2017. It was packaged nicely but I realized that the cutting blades that have their own storage compartments do fit in the large container but not with the lid on. The large white lid that holds the cutting blades, attaches to a lip on the back of the container. You have to be careful putting on the large white lid and removing it. I could see this getting broke easily if you are not careful. My guess is that current and future reviews will state that theirs is broke or has broken and when that happens, it is useless. That is a bad design in my opinion. The container is wide enough and deep enough but could stand to be 3 to 4 inches longer. When I was chopping food with it, the top that you to use press down on to chop the food just doesn't provide enough leverage. I tried to dice a tomato that I had cut in half in the small dicer and it got stuck. What a mess! Also, juices splatter out of the sides because the lid that you push down on doesn't have deep enough sides. The other half of the tomato I used the larger dicer and it worked okay but the blades on these just don't seem sharp enough. Maybe I got a used one, don't know for sure. I used the slicing blade for cucumbers and the slices got stuck in the blade. It is advertised well here on Amazon with nice pictures. Others seem to really like it. It has nice parts to it and is fairly easy to assemble. There are no directions but paperwork that shows the parts but nothing that I could find about how to assemble the parts. The slicing pieces slide in the green slotted part to use them but be very careful when inserting and removing. And as I stated earlier, if you are hoping to store all the pieces in the container, they don't all fit and the lid will not close tight. The juicer, egg slicer, and egg separator are pieces that I would not use. Overall, it's a good idea but too small and it too many times to get the food to go through the cutting blades on the dicers. Soft foods might be okay but dicing carrots and even a tomato just didn't work the way I had hoped. I have used the Vidalia Food Chopper and it chopped well but it has design flaws in the blades, too many crevices for food to get in and bacteria can grow. The sharpness of the blades make the difference in how the food will be cut. The blades are thin but from a close look they will eventually bend, break, or get rusty. Remember this, these blades can never be sharpened!I would have provided pictures to indicate what I was referring too but hopefully you can get the meaning, and I already boxed it up for return. All these are made in China, so who is minding the shop and the production quality? Returning it for a refund. I had so much fun using this kitchen multi tool
I had so much fun using this kitchen multi tool, I played with it for over an hour. The sliver is awesome, however, I wouldn't advise using for tomatoes or if you want thicker slices; it slices pretty thin. I had some trouble dicing a small white onion, I will probably cut it into smaller pieces next time. I didn't try using potatoes yet, but i imagine that it might be difficult considering my experience dicing onion with it. It worked amazing for eggs, strawberries, cucumbers, and baby carrots (2-3 at a time). I even used it to cut up lunch meat to make chefs salad.

Very good blades but the container broke after 5 months
We bought this 5 months ago. I have used it almost everyday in these five months and here are its pros and consPros:1) Very sharp blades2) Easy to switch from one blade to another3) Has loads of useful attachments4) Comes with a storage container with good capacity5) It does reduce prep time.Cons :1) My container broke last week. It is an acrylic containers ,when we put a the little pressue to chop it moves a little and hits its self to the counter. the waring does mention the container being fragile but did not expect it wont last even for a year.2) Its not super easy to clean . The lid (the white part which holds the blades) has too groves where food gets stuck and makes it difficut to clean. the brush is not very useful.3) its not dishwasher safe.I have tried choppers and dices from different brands but this one had the best blades but very disappointed about the container.

I was works great!
I get this product more then two week, I have been using them triple times already. It's works great,So many different parts together, and I spent a lot of time to figure out how to use them.I tried the flat slicer and it worked great for carrot and green sweet onion. There is safe storage for all blades. The big storage container fits in the right area to catch all the spiralized food and has a lid so you can store the food in it. The superior, lockable suction cup works great.

Great if all you need to chop are eggs
The unit I received is labelled LOVKITCHEN ,,, not heikaa. ( They are identical ). This is my second attempt to find a rugged unit. Sadly this attempt failed as well. Great if all you need to chop are eggs ,,mushrooms...and bananas. !!! I tried carrots (a must in my kitchen). Same results as the first slicer. Blades bend out of alignment,,,then start to chop the chopper. (upper sguare teeth of the pusher plate.) Game over. So I tried the mandolin slicer,,, the carrot material jammed between the blade and it's plastic base. The carrot would jam against the carrot material jammed under the blade. Game over. Should have given the $35 to charity. The unit now sits on the fridge as an impressive dust collector. I now believe that most of these green and white monsters are flimsy. Saving my money for a more "commercial" grade unit. Anyone got one for sale??

So far they are working good, even better than the mandolin I brought in ...
I got this vegetable chopper last week. Then I tried the big chopper, small chopper, and egg slicer. So far they are working good, even better than the mandolin I brought in the local store for about CAD$30, except the egg slicer. The egg slicer's wires are not fasten tight enough; therefore, one of the wires always got stuck under the slotted dish. I have to snap it back to the right position before every chop, if not, it is impossible pull up the hinged plate of wires. Also, as the wires are slack, it requires extra effort to slice the eggs. For that issue, I contacted the seller. She replied promptly that it was normal for the slacking wires and suggested me to use a pair of pliers to tighten the wires. But her suggestion doesn't seem work! It is lucky that I have another good egg slicer at home and the egg slicer isn't my main reason to buy this chopper. So I will keep this product and throw away its egg slicer ;)

Not happy with this product at all
The blades don't seem very strong. Blades hard to clean and the first time I cut carrots with it the plastic became stained. I couldn't remove the stain. Haven't used it since. Not happy with this product at all.

I hate it I would give it 0 stars if I could !! I tried it to cut a yellow onion but it doesn’t go through unless you put your whole body weight on top and you feel it is going to break! And still not all Of the onion go through. A cutter that’s not sharp enough to cut!
