If you’re new to red light therapy and you want something that’s quick, easy, and convenient I highly recommend this mask. Originally I started off with the Solawave Red Light Therapy Wand and results were good but overtime it started to feel like a chore since you have to physically move the wand across your face for at least 10 minutes. Eventually I ended up retiring it. Compared to the wand, this mask is super convenient! You just put it on, press the button, and relax for 10 or 20 minutes. The straps are comfortable and adjustable so it’s possible to wear the mask with your hair tied up or wrapped in towel. No issues with the eye, nose, or mouth slits; the opening is wide enough to drink water through a straw but not enough for eating. After 10 days of consistent use, 4x’s a week, 10 minutes each session, I would say I noticed an improvement in my overall complexion. My face is brighter and my dark spots less noticeable. Results from long term use seem very promising

I've emailed from their contact form on their website, I sent a message to their tiktok and I sent a message to their IG with no response. I purchased this about 10/11 months ago and last week the lights just stopped working. I always kept it in a cool and dry place and charged it when needed. It doesn't matter if I charge it or not, they lights will flash on and then right back off. They have a 1 year warranty which is coming up and I'm starting to wonder if that's why I'm not getting a response from them so the warranty can lapse. I loved this mask, used it all the time, but paying this amount for something that didn't even last a year and then getting no response from their customer service is very disheartening. I'll update my review if I ever hear back from them about this. When I sent the email I only requested a replacement, not a refund, so this is so bizarre that they're not responding.

Whenever there is an "at home" spa item I always wonder "am I going to use this?" "how complicated is this?" "will I really get results?" So those are my concerns, but I saw this felt called to try it and ordered it. I am SO SO happy I did. I have been a) using it non stop. b) didn't have ANY issues putting it on and setting up. c) YES RESULTS. As soon as the light went on, I felt peaceful. Like I was laying under the sun and receiving the benefits of sun bathing or being on the beach. That calm serene feeling is actually way more beneficial then advertised. It's so well made and even has several plugs to take when you travel making this the perfect item to bring on a vacation. It's a non-invasive supplement for your mood and skin essentially. I did see a little glow on my skin but I don't know if that's coming from my inner peace or the benefits it gives to the skin. I think both. Overall I am so so happy with the ease of this, the details and comfort and the design couldn't be better. I also use the eye patches which I am happy are included in the package. Definitely consider this a YES and even though I am using it in the summer the real joy will be winter time to feel like I am getting the sun in my bed whenever I want!!! LOVE it.

I have done a lot of research into LED masks and have never heard of this happening with anyone. And sadly, the picture does not even represent 50% of how badly this mask burned my skin. Apart from the redness and rash, I am also very swollen and my face itches like crazy. I used the mask ONE TIME for 10 minutes, followed instructions exactly and used it on clean, dry skin. This happened five days ago, and even though I've been putting every possible ointment I could think of, my skin is still extremely red and irritated. I cannot even cover it with makeup, it is that bad. Obviously I am returning the mask, and because I purchased it through Amazon, return is easy. But the worst part for me is that I contacted HigherDose immediately after this happened. The phone number listed just gives an automated message where you can leave your name and number for someone to get back to you. I did that, and also emailed them. This was four days ago, and as of now NOBODY has gotten back to me. Upon reading the reviews I noticed there's another person who reported getting burned. Out of less than 100 reviews, that's not a good track record! This is a dangerous product with horrible customer service, and I hope Amazon pulls it from their store. Save your skin and go with a different brand!

I ordered this a month ago and highly recommend it! It’s easy to put on and has the cordless feature making easier to multitask. I am seeing noticeable difference in my skin appearance: reduced acne, redness and fine lines, improvement in texture and skin tone. I use it three times a week 20 mins session and already notice brightness in complexion. I give this product 5 star in terms of comfort, battery life, and effectiveness.

For nearly $400 you’d think it would work longer than a few months. I only use it a few times a month and now it flickers on and off and doesn’t last more than 1 minute. So many other brands out now if pass on this brand
