Use with plug and works well
Great charger only problem I have is I think it might need to be used with a plug as it has failed to charge all devices plugged into a USB alone, this is just user error more than anything

Bought to charge Apple products
Works really well and charges my phone, Apple Watch and AirPods wirelessly all at the same time. Only downside is with the light feature - once a product is charging the light flashes constantly meaning it can’t be used as a light at night as there is now way of keeping the light on. That said the product is robust and folds down to travel easily. Removes the need for multiple wires.

No pin plug supplied
This is a solid little charging unit perfect for all things Samsung however I don't think it is clear that you don't get a pin plug with the device. Not a problem for us as we have lots of USB charging options but just thought to mention and reason why this isn't 5 out of 5. Looks good though. Bought as a birthday gift and very much tempted to get one for myself.

Wireless charger

Barely works.
No such thing as fast charging from this one. Incredibly slow to charge. Quality is pretty meh, the watch doesn't feel secure at all and is constantly slipping. They even sent me a used unit for some reason which is completely unacceptable. Last time I cheap out anyway. You get exactly what you pay for.

Not enough power
Device comes with just a USB cable - if I plug in a standard plug there's not enough juice for my Samsung Note10+ 5G and Samsung S3 Smartwatch, I have to use one of the other. It's also quite hard to get the watch to balance on the charging dock, as the plastic mould it is supposed to sit on is flimsy and actually came unstuck (It's glued one) when my watch was charging. So far everything seems OK power wise if using a fast charging socket (sold seperately) but it does get very hot.

The package arrived on time thank you. My phone and watch charged perfectly on the product; however, my ear pods won’t charge. I’ve confirmed that my ear pods are compatible, as I wanted to ensure all my devices could charge on the same unit, but unfortunately, it’s not working for them.
